Boys and Girls Club Holding ‘A Day for Kids’ at Bergfeld Park

The Boys and Girls Club of East Texas will be hosting the annual A Day For Kids at Bergfeld Park in Tyler on Saturday, Sept. 15.  The day has been set aside by the Boys and Girls Club to honor our most precious gifts, our children. The event will feature activities for children and families to participate in together.

Last year more than 8,000 kids and families descended upon Bergfeld Park and had a great time together.  Kids will have fun bouncing around in bounce houses, riding the "train," dancing to live music, getting their faces painted, playing games and more.

Parents will have a chance to learn too from local businesses that focus on children's needs because they'll be at Bergfeld Park, too!

The activities for a Day For Kids are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
