A Giant Sushi Roll

I have been craving Sushi for two days now so this story has caught my eye. This mother weights more than 13 pounds!  It's also around $200 too and you have to make reservations two weeks in advance for this!  Oh, you also have to fly to Japan for it!  I found it fun and festive though!  My question to you is, if this comes to East Texas, would ya?  Think this would do well at the East Texas State Fair?  Could you fry it?  Ooh, consider the possibilities!
