It’s hard to believe it, but Dick Clark has been ringing in the new year in New York City’s Times Square for 39 years now!

This New Year’s eve he will be joined again by Ryan Seacrest, but he will be adding the ever pretty Jenny McCarthy and the Black Eyed Peas singer

Fergie into the mix. While Clark holds things down in the main studio and Seacrest hangs out in Time Square, Fergie will be live in Los Angeles and McCarthy will be roving the through Time Square.

Robot Celeb.com has the whole story.  Ring in the new year with some of Mix’s favorite artists.
