Adam Levine Keeps His Physique By Not Working Out
Adam Levine is on People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” list in the category of Men In Their 30’s! Whenever you see him, it seems he’s shirtless (something I think Lisa Thomas doesn’t mind!) So how does he keep his body in shape?
In the latest issue of Details magazine, Adam reveals he hasn’t stepped foot into a gym or lifted weights in at least 5 years. So how does he do it? Yoga.
The Voice judge reveals that he used to lift weights but in doing so it
made my neck thick, and I would be like, ‘I’m turning into a monster!'”
Working quite a bit caused Adam to develop lower back pain along with tight hamstrings, so he decided to give yoga a try and actually fell in love with it. He loves it so much that while on tour there is a special yoga room which is staffed by his personal yoga instructor.
Yoga takes what you have and molds and sculpts it, which is a much more natural way to look and feel.”
