Adam Levine is on People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" list in the category of Men In Their 30's!  Whenever you see him, it seems he's shirtless (something I think Lisa Thomas doesn't mind!)  So how does he keep his body in shape?

In the latest issue of Details magazine, Adam reveals he hasn't stepped foot into a gym or lifted weights in at least 5 years.  So how does he do it?  Yoga.

The Voice judge reveals that he used to lift weights but in doing so it

made my neck thick, and I would be like, 'I'm turning into a monster!'"

Working quite a bit caused Adam to develop lower back pain along with tight hamstrings, so he decided to give yoga a try and actually fell in love with it.  He loves it so much that while on tour there is a special yoga room which is staffed by his personal yoga instructor.

Yoga takes what you have and molds and sculpts it, which is a much more natural way to look and feel."
