Adam Levine Named ‘People’ Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive
People Magazine has named Adam Levine as the 2013 Sexiest Man Alive allowing Carson Daly to reveal the news on The Voice Tuesday night.
Carson showed the magazine and got Adam's reaction to the recognition, "Fantastic," the
Maroon 5 frontman began to say, but then switched to "Sexy!" Fellow coach Blake Shelton then told Adam he thinks he's sexy because of "what's on the inside."
Of course this was no surprise to Adam who was already photographed and interviewed by People noting that, "As a musician, you have fantasies that you want to win Grammys, but I didn't really think that this was on the table. I was just amazed and stunned and it almost seemed like they were kidding, but they weren't, so that's cool."
So how does Adam stay in such great shape?
Adam credits yoga and spinning for keeping his stamina up, especially as his success continues to skyrocket.
Interestingly, since People started this whole thing back in 1985, no music star has ever been named the Sexiest Man Alive -- the title has always gone to an actor, except for one year when John F. Kennedy Jr. got the honor.
