Smith County Fire Department Hits the Streets to Raise Money for West, Texas

Smith County Fire Departments will be participating in a "Fill the Helmet" fundraiser at intersections around Smith County all day Saturday. Their goal being raise money to aid the West, TX Fire Department. Earlier this week the small town of West was devastated by a fertilizer plant explosion. To date 12 people have been confirmed dead and 200 more have been injured.

There is no way of explaining yourself out of this. A 43-year-old Ohio man is facing one month of jail time after he is caught on video teasing Hope Holcomb, a 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. The man, William Bailey, is setting a horrible example for his 9-year-old son, who is also seen in the video getting in on the bullying.
