Tyler Homeowner Shoots Suspicious Person
Tyler Police say a homeowner was alerted by his neighbor that a person was lurking outside his house. The homeowner, Terry Traylor ,walked outside with his handgun to investigate and was confronted by the suspect who also had a gun.

The agency says the state has failed to show that the new law has neither a discriminatory purpose nor effect. Tyler Roadway Back Open after Tree Falls
