I have to tell you, I am so glad to be back in East Texas! My family tree runs all through it, from Gilmer to Jacksonville to Troup. I know the difference between a Jacksonville "mater," a Noonday onion and a Gilmer yam! I also eat, breathe, and sleep pop culture and the “at work” lifestyle. Outside of radio, I’m a busy working mom -- proud of my two little ones, ages 10 and 4. They keep me grounded. Time management -- what’s that? I’m just as guilty as the next working mom and I try to get it all done in a day! Calm, cool, and together? That's NOT ME! Bad hair days, lollipop stuck to my bottom, plastic Spider-Man in my purse … THAT’S more like it. I’m also active in Girl Scouting where I lead a troop. I'm also an avid runner, a Sunday School teacher and a Crock Pot aficionado (let's swap recipes). Thanks for having me back and I look forward to hearing from you!

Gwen Stefani’s Son, Zuma, Breaks His Arm

My Purse
Okay....I'm slightly jealous of everyone that gets to win a brand new purse from our Boutique this Summer, is it obvious? This is the monstrosity that I drag into work every day. Beat up, used, filled to the brim with schtuff and straps in danger of breaking any minute...
