Beyonce will be celebrating her 30th birthday in September and before she reaches 40 she wants to accomplish even more!  She sat down with Access Hollywood to reveal what her plans are for her next 10 years.  She talks about children, directing a documentary, making music of course and more!  Check out the interview after the jump.
