December 4, 2012 Round three of the high school football playoffs happened last weekend and quite a few East Texas teams survived and are moving one step closer to playing in Cowboys Stadium in Arlington for the state titles. Currently East Texas has 12 teams still in the playoffs.

November 29, 2012 Last night while my wife was creating a new wreath to hang above the fireplace, my daughter and I watched "A Charlie Brown Christmas" on ABC. I love these classic Christmas shows and look forward to seeing them every year. In addition to these classics, I am a fan of the new ones as well, like Prep and Landing.
