Actor Chris Pine has pleaded guilty to the DUI charge that landed on his doorstep while filming in New Zealand.

The New Zealand Herald reports that Pine, 33, appeared in court in person (March 17) and was fined what amounts to $79 in U.S. currency. Additionally, the actor's New Zealand driver's license was suspended for six months, according to E!

Fans of the handsome 'Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit' and 'Star Trek' star congregated outside the courthouse. He offered a simple comment upon exiting: "It's all good, guys. It's all going to be okay."

Pine was arrested on March 1 after leaving a wrap party, held at The Blue Pub, for his film 'Z for Zachariah.' He was stopped during a routine check. Authorities did not release his name due to the country's privacy laws, but his identity was eventually revealed.

Pub manager Casey Crawford had spoken out about Pine, saying he did not appear intoxicated at the party and that he spoke to him multiple times. Pine was said to be gracious, posing with fans, staff and locals. The party was also a controlled event; it was not a wild fete by any means, according to reports.

Something tells us Pine will learn his lesson from this situation.
