City of Tyler to Host Women’s Self Defense Clinic

The Tyler Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting a Women’s Self Defense Clinic on Saturday, July 28th at the Glass Recreation Center. The clinic is $25 per person and available for women ages 14 and up. The event is scheduled from 11am to 2:30pm at 501 W. 32nd Street in Tyler.

Students will learn practical way to avoid many potential dangerous situations.

With proper training, you will reduce your chances of being attacked and learn techniques to help against an attacker of any size.
