Can You Cook Like Julia — I am going to try

Okay, on Sunday night I watched “Julia and Julie” and just loved it. I also made the decision that I am going to turn into a reliable cook. I love to do it — but it doesn’t always turn out so great! (Seriously ask my kids!).
I went out and bought the “Art of French Cooking” and let me tell you right now –I am going to master J.C.’s Double B!! Let me break that down — Julia Child’s Beef Bourguignon.
I am going to do it step by step — the right way!
There….I’ve said it….now I’ll have to do it!! Has anyone ever made this? Let me know!! I sure hope they show us how to prepare this at the Taste of Home Cooking Show that we are having on September 8th — You are coming out to, right — get your tickets early!
