For Week 4 of 'Dancing With the Stars' (April 7), the celeb dancers and their pro partners were switched up, which could have presented a wrinkle, as the celebs were just getting used to their fellow dancers. How did pop darlings Cody Simpson and James Maslow adapt to this change and their new partners?

Rather well, actually.

Simpson was teamed up with Sharna Burgess for a foxtrot to 'I'm Yours' by Jason Mraz. He began the song singing, before he shifted the focus to his fancy footwork. The judges liked it, but felt that Simpson had trouble with the hold and noted that he usually comes to life when out of the hold. The panel really seem to like the Aussie singer, but they did point out some of his middling issues. The want to see him be "un-Cody," but they dig his style and swagger. He is not flawless with his form, but he charms them every week.

As for Big Time Rush's Maslow, he partnered with Cheryl Burke for a theatrical yet sizzling tango to Katy Perry's 'Dark Horse.' It was pretty epic and yes, our boy James showed off his abs and his chest again with his open shirt. That's his thing. Guest judge Julianne Hough even said that every season, there is the hot guy who takes off his shirt and this year, Maslow is it. But he goes beyond the gratuitous chest flash with his passion and technique. He just needs to get his butt under control, so say the judges. They didn't feel that there was any sort of disconnect when pairing him with a new dancer.

And there you have it. Another week of 'DWTS' in the books for Simpson + Maslow.
