East Texas Christmas parades are traditions that draw hundreds of thousands people out to celebrate Christmas and the arrival of Santa Claus.

The jolly man from the North Pole is the star of the parade and can often be found closing out the parade on the last float. Santa usually sticks around long enough to light the Christmas tree on the square or downtown before returning home to continue preparations for Christmas Eve.

Santa's going to be a busy man throughout the next few weeks as he drops in on parades around East Texas!
