We've got ourselves a nude hunter in Gregg County, according to last week's Game Warden notes from Texas Parks and Wildlife.

A man from Upshur County was arrested in Gregg County for hunting while completely naked along a state highway. It's probably obvious at this point that the man did not have a hunting license on him.

East Texas Matters reported that the man is a well known nudist/activist who appealed the charges, but later dropped his case after the judge watched a few seconds of footage of the naked man in action and rules in the states favor.

The man settled his citations, which included hunting without a license, shooting across a property line and disorderly conduct.

Moral of the story: how are you going to hold your hunting license without any pockets? Put some pants on.
