Do you love tacos? This is your weekend. Downtown Marshall debuts its East Texas Taco Festival this Saturday.

Get ready to fiesta all day and into the night, with entertainment scheduled all day long, and plenty of excitement and activities for the whole family. The party begins at 11 am and continues until 11 pm. The Darrin Morris Band will headline a day filled with music from bands that hail from all over East Texas.

Kids will enjoy the kid zone complete with games, face painting and arts and crafts. You'll also want to take in the chihuahua races, and sign up to compete in the washer tournament to show off your skills.

Community organizations like the Marshall and Longview rotary clubs will be on site volunteering. “The Taco Fest is an opportunity for us to give back to the community,” new Marshall Rotary Club President Jay Webb told the Longview News-Journal.

Tickets are on sale now through Eventbrite.com for $10, or Saturday at the gate for $15. Looking for a VIP experience? They are offering that, too, for $40. You'll enjoy special concert seating, snacks, drink tickets and a comfort station.

Taco lovers, are you going?
