7-year-old Ethan Robertson of Lindale is headed to Walt Disney World! Ethan is a member of the elite Kidd's Kids group.

He and his family will be headed to Walt Disney World on Thursday, Nov. 19 to make some very special memories with his older brother, mom and dad.

Ethan has a chronic condition called arthrogryposis, which affects his legs, joints and muscles, but he's not going to let this get in his way of having a great time in the Magical Kingdom.

In Dec. 2014 he decided to amputate both legs above the knee so he could have a chance to walk, run, jump and more. The surgery happened in June of 2015, and Ethan has endured a lot over the last six months. According to his mother, Brittany, Ethan has kept a smile on his face and never lets anything get in his way and is such an amazing kid.

Ethan is in the second grade at Penny Elementary in Lindale and loves science and music. His life goals are to find a cure for cancer, build houses and to find out if dinosaurs are still alive.

When it comes to the Kidd's Kids trip, Ethan wants to do it all! He's looking forward to the Tomorrowland Speedway, Tigers Disney Animals, the Wildlife Express Train, Magic Carpets of Aladdin, the Haunted Mansion, the 'Honey I Shrunk The Kids' movie set adventures, Space Mountain, Shark Reef, Star Tours Adventure and much more.

Ethan also wants to meet the stars of Cars in the streets of America, Donald Duck, the Chipmunks, Goofy, Pluto and of course the mouse with those lovable big ears, Mickey Mouse.

Of course Ethan isn't going on the trip alone -- his mom, dad and big brother are going as well. Brittany would like Ethan to meet some new friends, have some fun and attend Jedi Training Camp. His big brother Colten, who's 10, just wants to see his little brother smile and have a good time. This is why the whole family is included in this trip, to make special memories for the entire family.
