Fourteen-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys was snubbed by the Recording Academy this year, but she'll be appearing at the Grammys anyway as part of a special collaboration with Maroon 5. The Academy announced the news in a press release which also confirmed that Frank Ocean will get a performance slot on the show.

Maroon 5's 'Payphone' is nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, an award they have won twice before. We're not sure exactly what Keys has planned for her collaboration with Adam Levine and company, but we wouldn't be at all opposed to a 'Payphone' and 'Girl on Fire' mashup.

At the MTV Video Music Awards, Ocean sang 'Thinkin Bout You' backed up by minimal instrumentation, and we might expect a similar performance at the Grammys, since that track is up for Record of the Year. But Ocean seems to indicate that he intends on playing an instrument this time around. After his recent altercation with Chris Brown, Ocean tweeted, "cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys."

In addition to the latest round of performers, the first presenters for the 2013 Grammys were revealed. They include Carly Rae Jepsen, Katy Perry, and Keith Urban.

The 55th Annual Grammy Awards air live on CBS from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 8 pm ET. Previously announced performers include Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Fun., the Lumineers, and Elton John with Ed Sheeran.
