Before heading home after a tough day at work or even after a typical or unusual day at work, you might be looking for a place to hang with some friends and just chill. There are quite a few places in Tyler where you can do just that and enjoy some appetizers and drinks during happy hour and just forget about the day you've had!

Quite a few Tyler restaurants offer some great drinks and eats during happy hour. It doesn't matter if it's in a casual, high end setting or sports bar, there are options for everyone in Tyler. Happy hour hours vary between restaurants with some offering some kind of happy hour specials six days a week with discounted prices on beer, wine, well drinks, margaritas and more. In addition to drink specials, appetizers are also discounted so you can snack on something to hopefully counteract the alcohol you're consuming!

Among the places I go to for happy hour, one of them is Chuy's. Chuy's gives you access to the fully loaded nacho car! Yep, you get to make your own nachos out of the trunk of a car! Prices on drinks are reasonably priced too.

Shogun on S. Broadway, Cork in the Times Square Shopping Center, BJ's Brewhouse at Broadway Square Mall, Rick's On The Square in downtown Tyler and Torchy's Taco's on the loop are some of the radio station staff's favorite places to hang with friends during happy hour.

According to Tyler, TX Happy Hour, other hot spots for great happy hour specials are Jack Ryan's and The Sports Zone in downtown, Stanley's Famous Pit Bar-B-Q, Wasabi, Mercado's, Breakers and more!

When you feel like kicking back and having a fun time with some friends or co-workers after work above are a few places where you're relaxing can begin! Above all, remember to treat happy hour responsibly and don't drink and drive!
