Henderson House Built in the 1800’s Offers Haunted Tours
Last year the East Texas Paranormal Group conducted an investigation into the 1855 Howard-Dickinson House in Henderson, and came up with some spooky findings.
Judy Sewell, executive director of the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce, told the Tyler Morning Telegraph that the group’s high tech equipment helped it encounter some spirits that other groups had not been able to detect before when simply spending the night without the high tech gadgets, and she said the spirits they found where friendly and not hostile.
Wanna encounter the spirits for yourself this weekend?
The East Texas Paranormal Group made a DVD of their findings, and they’ll show that before the tours this weekend. Tours are scheduled for Saturday at the Howard-Dickinson House, sponsored by the Rusk County Heritage Association. They’ll take 12 people at a time through the home.
The organizers have warned it might not be appropriate for little kids, but big scaredy cats will be just fine.
