Are you following the Sing-Off on NBC? I'm addicted. I don't normally follow reality TV or singing competitions, but this one has charmed me. Each episode I have found something special that I just had to share.

Many years ago I jammed out to Montell Jordan's 'This Is How We Do It' while listening Michael Storm and Lucky Larry in the mornings, so it was pretty exciting to see The Filharmonic perform it this week as their party anthem.
