It was a gorgeous day to begin qualifying rounds at the 30th Anniversary of the UT Tyler Suddenlink Patriot Million Dollar Hole in One on campus at UT Tyler.

Eight hitters qualified to hit in the finals on Sunday May 15, at Hollytree Country Club.

Mike Cearley of Troup at 6", Clay Dickeson or Tyler at 6.5", Michael Cearley of Troup at 3.5", Jeff Reeves of Tyler at 41", Cindi Harrell of Troup at 31", Pat Moore of Tyler at 44", Walter Treat of Tyler at 47", and Tracey Mekalip of Troup at 34".

Total shots for Saturday were: 2,189 at $1 per shot that's over $2,000 raised in scholarship money for students at UT Tyler. Qualifying continues on Monday afternoon at 4 p.m. with Ladies Day.

Monday is Ladies Day, which means that we qualify one lady for each shift, and ladies will receive ten additional shots with the purchase of 25. Ladies who purchase shots on Monday will be entered into a drawing for a massage from Haley Kee. This drawing will be held at 8 p.m. on Monday.

Ladies who purchase shots are eligible to enter a drawing to win a LeVian Chocolatier Collection Necklace courtesy of Jim's Jewelers. The drawing will be held when qualifying concludes on Saturday May 14th.
