So yesterday afternoon I was filling up my truck and just happened to look over to the air and water station and noticed that the gas station is charging for air and water. It's not that often that I have to put water in my radiator or air in my tires (thankfully). Some gas stations might have been charging for air for quite some time, but I do remember the last time I had to air up my tires it was free! At this particular station, the charge for air and water is $1.00 and I thought wow, that's a bit pricey and how much do you get for your dollar. It's just a little random thing that I noticed while in Tyler and was a little shocked but not surprised too because I'm sure there are some kind of costs involved on the gas stations part too. Then the following questions popped into my head.
