With only a week to go before 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' hits theaters, fans are getting a pair of treats to satisfy their own hunger for the much-anticipated flick.

Not only has a new, 30-second clip been released from the film, out Nov. 22, but the star-filled soundtrack is already streaming online, in advance of its own Nov. 19 due date.

The latest look at 'Catching Fire,' which stars Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth, takes viewers inside the Training Center as competitors gear up for the 75th Hunger Games, an all-star bout of Tributes who have survived previous games.

In the clip, we see J. Law bringing on yet more fierce Katniss Everdeen badass-ery, skillfully wielding her bow and arrow to wipe out some moving holographic targets. Also seen training for the games using their own weapons of choice are Jena Malone as Johanna, Alan Ritchson as Gloss and Sam Claflin as Finnick.

Fans also get the chance to hear more from the second film in the 'Hunger Games' trilogy: The soundtrack -- featuring artists including Coldplay, Christina Aguilera and Lorde -- is streaming for free on iTunes now here.
