I’ve Lost 22.5 Inches in One Month
So, maybe you've heard me talking a little bit on the air about eating clean, and exercising more often... I have been, and the work is paying off.
I got serious about getting healthy in May, after seeing some photographs of me, and not liking what I saw. In addition, to not liking my appearance, I was feeling awful. I was tired all of the time and moody. I knew it was time to make a change.
I started eating cleaner, taking vitamins and supplements, drinking a gallon of water a day, and felt the motivation to start exercising again. I wanted to take full of advantage of the motivation, and I had set a lofty goal for myself. I wanted to lose about 30 pounds by my birthday which falls on Sept. 11.
So far, I've dropped 9 pounds and I've lost 22.5 inches from head to toe. I'm feeling fantastic, and I'm excited to continue my journey!
