Mix 93-1 and Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics present the first-ever Lemonade Day in Tyler on Saturday, July 11. Lemonade Day is a day for kids to become entrepreneurs!

East Texas kids who have a desire to become an entrepreneur and open up their own small business and hopefully make a profit can do so during Lemonade Day!

Registration for the event is free and kids will receive a ton of information to help them understand the business world and what all it takes to create an amazing small business.

Registration information will guide the kids through all stages of planning, construction, operation and more to have a very successful lemonade stand.

There will be four locations throughout Tyler where kids can set up their lemonade stand (more may be added and they're centralized for the safety of the kids) and sell their sweet summertime drink.

When the kids close down their lemonade stand they'll count up all their money and hopefully make a profit. One thing Lemonade Day tries to instill in kids is "Spend Some," "Save Some" and "Share Some."

Kids will be encouraged to give back to help other kids and families, but it is not mandatory for kids to do this, and we have chosen the Kraddick Foundation as the charitable beneficiary. The Kraddick Foundation support kids through their annual trip to Walt Disney World with the Kidd's Kids trip in November.

Get your young entrepreneur registered for Lemonade Day and encourage and help them along the way to success!
