One area Kanye West doesn't adamantly stay away from? The Saturday Night Live concert stage, where he'll soon return as musical guest.

Today (January 29), the show announced via Twitter that the Waves rapper, whose new album is due out on February 11, will appear as its musical guest on February 13. Melissa McCarthy, whose new movie The Boss is due out in April, will host the episode — it'll mark her fourth time as the show's frontwoman.

'Ye most recently appeared on the show during its 40th anniversary special in February 2015, during which he performed "Jesus Walks," "Only One" and "Wolves," which included features by Sia and Vic Mensa. He also served as SNL musical guest in 2005 with host Steve Carell, in 2007 with host LeBron James, in 2008 with host Hugh Laurie, in 2010 with host Brian Cranston and in 2013 with host Ben Affleck.

February will prove to be a particularly busy month for the rapper — in addition to unveiling Waves, Kanye's also slated to show off his Yeezy Season 3 collection at Madison Square Garden as part of New York Fashion Week, Billboard has reported. The event will be broadcast at select theaters worldwide.

SNL also announced that Larry David will host the show's February 6 episode, which will feature musical guest The 1975.
