Over this past weekend, the ever-fabulous Kylie Minogue was busy doing what she does best: parading around in glittery, feathery ensembles with a bunch of shirtless male dancers, cooing holiday tunes and classic hits alike with special guests Olly Alexander and John Grant, and giving Mariah Carey a run for her money (and vocal runs) as the Queen of Christmas (in the UK, anyway) with her A Kylie Christmas show at the Royal Albert Hall.

Today (Dec. 12), the "GBI (German Bold Italic)" singer shifted gears just as quickly, ditching the Santa hat for a pair of specks to debut her first-ever eyewear line (?!) — Kylie Minogue Eyewear, out on Valentine's Day 2017 — in collaboration with SpecSavers.

While appearing at the launch event (a sorely missed opportunity to perform X's "All I See" with a pair of KM Eyewear glasses on — next time), Kylie spoke with the show's host Emma Willis about her plans for the next year. And mercifully, it sounds as though she's coming back to save us all.

“In 2017, I’d like to make a new pop album and even think about touring again," she told the crowd, according to Gay Times Magazine. Granted, that's not much of a morsel, but it's just enough to provide the motivation to keep going into the New Year.

Aside from two EPs (Sleepwalker and Kylie + Garibay) and her newly re-released A Kylie Christmas holiday album, the "Made Of Glass" disco diva hasn't released a pop studio record since 2014's Kiss Me Once.

It's time for your return, Queen Kylie: now more than ever, your disco needs you.

For now, watch Kylie and Olly, in all of his adorably glittery glory, duetting to "Better The Devil You Know" from over the weekend below.
