Among the luminaries paying homage to former President Bill Clinton at the 10th anniversary of his foundation were Stevie Wonder, Usher, Bono, and — perhaps most notably — Lady Gaga.

Calling it her “Marilyn moment,” Mother Monster appeared in wavy blonde hair, scarlet lips and a nude-colored outfit, altering some of her song lyrics in honor of Clinton, such as changing ‘Bad Romance’ to ‘Bill Romance.’

In reaction, Clinton said, “I thought, ‘My God. I get Lady Gaga, and I will have a heart attack celebrating my 65th birthday.’”

Seated with his wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and their daughter Chelsea, Bill later took the stage and quipped, “I am the only person in history who got to be President and then had a post-presidential birthday party attended by both Lady Gaga and the Secretary of State.”

The Clinton Foundation‘s goal is to improve global health, strengthen economies worldwide, promote healthier childhoods and protect the environment. ‘A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation’ can be streamed in its entirety on Yahoo.
