Lindsay Lohan Faces Three Years in Jail

Lindsay Lohan stayed out of trouble for how long?

With this latest development of the "borrowed" necklace Lindsay assumed her usual seat in the defence chair.  She simply walked out of a Venice jewelry store with this $2,500 piece on a lark -- more after the jump.

Once it was established that in fact the store DID NOT lend the item to this bumbling blonder she had a friend return it hoping to avoid any legal action - wrong - more after the jump.

In court today a not guilty was entered to answer the "borrowed necklace" snafoo.  If found guilty of the felony grand theft charges she could serve up to three years in jail.  February 23rd is when Ms. Lohan returns to court -- the saga continues.
