Luke Wade is no stranger to Tyler. And this week he was no longer a stranger to millions of people watching 'The Voice' on NBC.

The Fort Worth native, with a voice full of funk, soul, wowed the likes of Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Pharrell Williams and Blake Shelton during his blind audition Monday night on 'The Voice.' He performed the soul classic "That's How Strong My Love Is" by O.V. Wright and made popular by Otis Redding.

After the judges' initial shocked reaction at who they were looking at when they turned their chairs -- all at about the same time -- they were immediately sucked in to Wade's incredible performance.

Wade wowed Levine to the point where he stood in his chair. All four judges gave him a standing ovation, and all proceeded to practically beg Wade to join their team this season.

All four practically guaranteed Wade the ultimate victory in Season 7. Hollywood Life has already predicted it.

The 31-year-old Wade ultimately chose superstar singer and producer Pharrell Williams, who promised Wade he would launch him to stardom.

"I want the world to see who Luke Wade is," Williams said. "Give me that opportunity to introduce the world to Luke Wade."

If you haven't been introduced to the enormous talents of Luke Wade just yet, you'll have your chance right here in Tyler. He's performing at 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Stanley's Famous Pit BBQ. The cover is $10 at the door.

Wade is no stranger to Stanley's -- he's performed multiple times at Tyler's favorite barbecue and music joint, most recently in March for his release party of his new album, 'The River.'

I told y'all then ... "There’s a super good chance you’ll leave saying, 'I’m glad I was able to see him when I did,' because big things are about to happen in the world of Luke Wade."

I've seen Luke every time he's been to Stanley's. Believe me when I say it (again), don't miss this. Because this might be your last chance to see him in a venue like Stanley's.

See you there. In the meantime, either relive or watch for the first time Luke's blind audition on The Voice.
