Even though Madonna remains signed to a multi-rights deal with Live Nation for multiple revenue streams, a partnership which is rumored to be worth around $100,000, the Material Girl has also signed a deal with Interscope. Billboard.biz has confirmed the news with a source close to the happenings.

Madge’s Live Nation deal, which she inked in 2007, ending her long association with Warner Bros., is still in place. However, she has reportedly signed a three-record deal with the Interscope at a base of $1 million per album. Live Nation has always maintained that it would partner with another entity to release Madge’s albums, since LN is not a label and an artist of Madonna’s caliber should have a label greasing the gears of the Madonna corporation.

“Live Nation, prior to the merger, entered into some of these all-rights deals, so there are certain artists, Madonna being one of them, that there is a recorded music strategy,” Live Nation head honcho Irving Azoff said. “Once she gets the album recorded, we’ll sit down with her and her manager Guy Oseary and figure out what’s best for the record. It has to start with the music.”

Madge’s final album for WBR was 2008′s ‘Hard Candy.’ She remains hard at work on the follow up.
