43-Year-Old Man Bullies 10-Year-Old Girl With Cerebral Palsy [VIDEO]

YouTube

There is no way of explaining yourself out of this. A 43-year-old Ohio man is facing one month of jail time after he is caught on video teasing Hope Holcomb, a 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. The man, William Bailey, is setting a horrible example for his 9-year-old son, who is also seen in the video getting in on the bullying.

Hope’s father told Fox 8 News, “It makes me sick to think that a grown man would tease a 10-year-old disabled girl.”

But the wife/mother of the bullies excuses her husband’s and son’s actions saying, “It was no offense to Hope. So why they’re taking it like that, I don’t know.”

You be the judge, watch this video and tell us what you think.
