Meet Murphy — Pet of the Week

Murphy is a little three year old terrier mix that is available for adoption at the Humane Society’s Pets Fur People in Tyler.

Murphy is especially sweet and affectionate. He would be perfectly content being a great lap dog and weighs only nine pounds. Murphy likes the companionship of other dogs and loves to go for early morning walks. He has been neutered and is current on starting vaccinations including rabies.

Murphy has been micro-chipped for identification purposes and when he is adopted Murphy will receive a gift of 30 days of free pet health insurance. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am until 5 pm - closed for lunch 1-2 pm.

The Humane Society’s Pets Fur People is a selective admission no kill animal sanctuary. They offer dog boarding and routine vaccinations except for rabies to the public for dogs and cats.
