Mix 93-1 CTCU Teacher Of The Week December 26th

Mix 93-1 and CTCU are proud to recognize outstanding teachers from our East Texas classroom!

This week's recipient is Ms. Bellatti at Longview High School. Ms. Bellatti teaches 10th and 11th grade English. She was nominated by one of her students with these kind words about a teacher that has shown dedication to Longview High School students.

In what feels like a lifetime of learning, I'm now a high school senior counting down the days till graduation (I think I'm at 200 or something). But in these four years at Longview High School, there have been numerous teachers who were you know, "above average". They actually cared, not just giving us busy work. But I was lucky enough to get the one that held us after class for what felt like the longest 2 minutes to tell us were worth so much more than we know and all we have to is try our hardest and we will ALL succeed. Her dedication is stronger than anyone's I know. Also teaching us to take pride in our work, not only with attention to detail but to also with our own goals to master it. Strive to be to best at your work. Stressful day or not, there's always a smile on Ms. Bellatti's face along with the Diet Dr. Pepper on her desk! I wish every child that walked through the doors of Longview High school could experience the warmth of her classroom and dedication. Ms. Bellatti deserves to know shes heavily appreciated and forever will be.
