Mix 93-1 CTCU Teacher Of The Week March 20th

Mix 93-1 and CTCU are proud to recognize outstanding teachers from our East Texas classrooms!

This week's recipient is Mrs. Kelley of Higgins Elementary in Whitehouse, Mrs. Kelley is a kindergarten teacher for Whitehouse ISD.

Mrs. Kelley is being nominated by a parent because of her caring spirit to help the youngest ones make the transition into big kids school! The nominating parent had this to say about Mrs. Kelley from the beginning of the school year:

Mrs. Kelley is my daughters Kindergarten teacher. The school year has just started and she has already been a true blessing for not only my daughter but for me. My daughter is having a difficult time adjusting and she has given my daughter the same care and attention that I would as a mom. It definitely makes me feel comfortable and happy to leave her crying every day. I am truly blessed to have Mrs. Kelley as my daughters first school teacher. I love the individual text and pictures she takes the time to send even in the evenings when she is home with her 3 small children.
