Mix 93-1 CTCU Teacher Of The Week May 1st

Mix 93-1 and CTCU are proud to recognize outstanding teachers from our East Texas classrooms!

This week's recipient is Mrs. Henderson a science teacher at White Oak High School.

Mrs. Henderson was nominated by a student from one of her science classes.

Mrs. Henderson is super sweet and caring. Personally, I struggle with physics. However, every time I had a question (which was very often) she would patiently answer it with deep thought, as well as explain it the best way she could. Not only that, but she works hard to make her lessons interesting and fun instead of boring out-of-textbook learning. I honestly look forward to this class at the end of each day because it's actually involving. I love this teacher and believe she should be dubbed teacher of the week just because she's so awesome I can't even put it into words.

We thank Mrs. Henderson for taking the time to work with her students every day and has clearly made an impact on this student!
