Submit Your Cutie in the Mix 93-1 ‘Cutie Patootie’ Contest!

Mix 93-1, Sono Care and Peek A Bootique are searching for the first ever Mix 93-1 Cutie Patootie! That cute kid of yours could be named Mix 93-1’s Cutie Patootie, but you’ve gotta send us a pic of that cutie!

There will be four (4) different age groups within the competition – newborn to 1 year, 1 to 2 years, 2 to 3 years and 3 to 4 years. The category that your child’s picture will be participating in will be determined by using the date March 11, 2013 and must be a current picture.

Once the submission period ends voting will begin on the individual age groups with the four individual winners going head to head to win the grand prize and will be announced during Women’s Night Out on Thursday, April 4! Individual age group winners will win a $100 gift card to Peek A Bootique with the grand prize winner receiving a $500 gift card to Peek A Bootique along with an iPad mini from Mix 93-1!

To enter, upload your child’s pic (using the form below). You must also be the parent or legal guardian of the child submitted in the photo and agree to the terms in the official contest rules and release statements below.

Timeline:
Submissions – Monday, March 11th through Sunday, March 17th @ 11:59p
Round 1 Voting – Tuesday, March 19th through Monday, March 25th @ 11:59p
Round 2 Voting – Wednesday, March 27th through Wednesday, April 3rd @ 3p
Winner Announced – Thursday, April 4th during Women’s Night Out
