The ghosts, goblins, princess, super heroes and more were out doing what they do best Halloween night, trick or treating for candy, but before they took off their parents snapped a pic and sent it in to Mix 93-1 for the Mix 93-1 Cutie Patootie: Halloween edition photo contest and we are proud to announce our winner of this years' contest thanks to your online votes.
