This week's recipient is Mr. Orms of Ore City High School.

Mix 93-1 and Half Price Books are proud to recognize Mr. Orms, an AG teacher and FFA advisor the the students at Ore City High School as our Mix 93-1 Teacher Of The Week. We thank the peer who took the time to nominate Mr. Orms for this recognition. Here's what they had to say about him:

Travis is currently teaching numerous AG classes, is a bus driver, an FFA Advisor and Clay Shooting Team Advisor. Not only does he love teaching, he also feels it is critical for his students to feel supported. Teaching AG and being an FFA Advisor keeps him busy after hours supervising students welding and building shop projects, advising students while they raise animals and recently starting Ore City's first Clay Shooting Team. He is a great role model as he works so hard and is always ready to pitch in when needed. He also films for the HS football team and commentates the HS baseball games. Travis would never ask for recognition for anything he does. He says this is all his job.
