Juls restaurant in South Tyler will be the new home for a farmers market coming this May. The Rose City Farmers Market will open this spring with high hopes to get East Texas residents to buy local and eat fresh.

Just a few blocks from Fresh by Brookshire's, there will be another option for those of us who would like to eat fresh and make sure their produce is local.

The Rose City Farmers Market will be a great place to buy fruits, veggies, and more. With art, music, coffee, and more; this farmers market will be an experience rather than a boring grocery trip.

They are also aiming to keep their market open past the usual end date in the summer time. While most other farmers markets will shut their doors in July, the Rose City Farmers Market plans to stay open until November.

The location of the new Rose City Farmers Market is on the grounds of Juls at 7212 Old Jacksonville Highway just south of Three Lakes Parkway,  and offers some new benefits for customers. This means that the True Vine Brew company, Tyler's first brew house will be on the grounds serving tasty adult beverages. Juls' chef will teach cooking courses using the fresh produce. There will also be plenty of activities for the kids.

The first day for this unique farmers market will be May 3. Don't miss out on sharing this wonderful addition to Tyler.
