With 2015 a couple of days away, many of us will be thinking about what we'd like to change or improve upon in the new year by making New Year's Resolutions. The resolutions we state can be easy things that we can work on everyday or we can go out and challenge ourselves with something a bit difficult.

When we make these resolutions for the New Year we make them with good intentions and do our best to stick by them. Often times though we end up falling back on our previous routine or habit and the resolution fails. Over the years, I've come to the conclusion to never state that I've made resolutions for the new year, instead, if I feel I need to make a change in my life that's what I do and not make a big deal about it or state it out loud to others and if someone notices (even if later in the year) I know that it worked!
