Nominate A Child For The Kidd’s Kids Trip

It's an amazing sight - seeing kids smile or hearing them laugh - some parents never get to see that from their child.  Fantastic memories are made each year on the Kidd's Kids trip to Walt Disney World in Florida and during this annual trip, which has been going on for 20 years, many kids have smiled and even laughed for the first time ever while on the trip.  Those are the memories that families of children that suffer from a chronic or terminal illness will remember for an entire lifetime.

This year's Kidd's Kids trip is coming up in November, but we've got to nominate children for the trip!  Find out more after the jump.

Kidd's Kids takes children who suffer from a chronic or terminal illness along with their immediate family on a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida.  The nomination process is open now through Friday, August 5th.  Get your application on the Kidd's Kids website.  The trip is 100% funded by the listeners of Kidd Kraddick in the Morning.  Everything is geared toward these children and the Disney park also gives special access and treatment for these kids by getting them on the rides faster and even putting them in the shows!

Mix 93-1 has been proud to have many children from right here in East Texas go on the trip each year.

Get your application on the Kidd's Kids website and submit it by Friday, August 5th to be considered for the trip this year.
