One Direction Cover Cosmo U.K. in Blazers

Cosmopolitan covers are highly coveted pieces of magazine real estate normally reserved for female celebs, actresses and pop starlets. The December cover of the American edition of the best-selling ladies' mag featured Taylor Swift. The December issue of the U.K. version? Well, the boys in One Direction got the nod and they are sharp-dressed lads, cloaked in blazers. They are, in two words, handsome devils.

For the mag's holiday issue, which offers tips on party fashion, the 1D boys are swoon-worthy as usual. We feel bad for poor Louis Tomlinson, who has text about an hour-long orgasm stamped across his chest. There are a few places we could go with that, but we won't, out of love and respect for LT.

We also don't think it's a coincidence that there is a huge headline about hair on the cover, as well, since all of the 1D boys are incredibly well-coiffed lads.

It's been intimated that hottie Harry Styles is the member of 1D that gets the most attention from the Directioners, so perhaps that why the Cosmo editors put him smack dab in the middle of his band bros on this cover. Honestly, though, we think the Directioner worship is spread pretty evenly across all five members. The shriek their brains out for the collective!

The boys appear on the cover of a women's mag since they were selected as Cosmo's Ultimate Men of the Year 2012. Directioners won't be arguing about that appointment and will be purchasing copies for their collections.

In the behind-the-scenes footage of the cover shoot, the boys primp, prime and prep for their photos. The editor even referred to them as a great bunch of lads, and shared that the boys not only offered to get her a cup of tea, but they were a half-hour early. That NEVER happens at entertainment industry shoots. Just ask 'American Idol' judge Nicki Minaj, who was an hour tardy on her first day of work on the show.
