One Direction’s Liam Payne Shares Harry Potter Obsession
Liam Payne owns the Flying Ford Anglia from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. He clearly stated it in a recent One Direction interview on BBC1.
“I bought the Harry Potter car and I put it in my garden,” he told Grimmy of BBC1. “You know, the blue car, the flying one? I bought one because I’m a bit of a geek.”
You may think that's odd, but apparently he's quite the fan. He even had a Harry Potter themed birthday cake for his 22nd birthday.
The other guys in the band are familiar with the books and film, while it's clear that the interviewer is not. When the fan asks which house the guys would be sorted into it generates a discussion between band members about the virtue of the houses.
Liam has taken the house sorting test on the previous pottermore.com and happily landed in Griffyndor.
