East Texas has talent when it comes to cake decorating! The first Cake Off Contest was held last night during the Taste Of Home Cooking School. Each contestant had 2 hours to come up with a cake that was inspired by their favorite radio station. Check out some of this fantastic work right after the jump.

The Cake Off Contest was sponsored by The Potpourri House, Chez Bazan French Bakery & Cafe and Bernard's Mediterranean Restaurant. There were 2 divisions - amateur and professional. Each contestant had to prepare cakes ahead of time and bring with them all the things needed to create a cake that was to be presented to the celebrity judges.

Each contestant had a different interpretation of their favorite radio station and for me, I'm glad I was not a judge last night because the competition was fierce and it would have been difficult for me to pick just one winner!

The winners of the first ever Cake Off Contest were:

Amateur division
Dylan Humphrey of Whitehouse H.S.

Professional division
Debbie Fontaine
