Pink Has Eminem, Nate Ruess of fun. Featured on ‘The Truth About Love’

Pink is one pop artist whose style makes her versatile enough to hang with rappers, rockers and everyone in between. Accordingly, her upcoming ‘The Truth About Love‘ album will feature guest appearances from Eminem and ‘We Are Young’ singer Nate Ruess of Fun.

The ‘Blow Me (One Last Kiss)’ singer teams up with Slim Shady for a track called ‘Here Comes the Weekend,’ which she describes as an “alternative club banger.” Pink previously appeared on the song ‘Won’t Back Down’ on Em’s ‘Recovery’ album.

The two had made an agreement to do a couple of songs together, she told the Herald Sun in Australia. “He said, ‘Do you want to do a song with me?’ ‘F— yeah!’ I said, ‘Do you want to do a song with me?’ and he said, ‘F— yeah!’ Handshake. Nothing signed. Done.”

‘The Truth About Love,’ which hits stores on Sept. 18, also features Fun. singer Nate Ruess on the song ‘Just Give Me a Reason.’ Pink previously announced that the album will include a collaboration with British pop singer Lily Allen, er, Lily Rose Cooper.

Pink also revealed she rejected multiple offers to host reality singing competitions down under. “I was offered ‘The Voice‘ in Australia plus ‘American Idol‘ and ‘The X Factor,’” she said. “I said no because you can’t be honest. People will hate you if you’re honest. Simon Cowell is the only person who gets away with it because he’s got an accent. And he’s a man. People would just hate me more than they already do. I don’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings. Besides, you can sing karaoke anywhere.”
