Pre-Order Train’s Wine [AUDIO]
A few weeks ago Train announced they had formed their own wine company, Save Me San Francisco Wine Company, and they would be releasing a wine soon. Well, that day is almost here – the first wine is called Drops Of Jupiter and it’ll be available July 18th. You can pre-order the wine now, and if you go decide to crazy with your order, you’ll get some freebies too!
What’s great about the sale of the wine is that a portion of the proceeds benefits Family House which is a non-profit charity that provides temporary housing to seriously ill children. As far as the freebies go, if you order 6 bottles you’ll get a special live album from the band and if you step it up to 12 bottles will get you a special t-shirt and 10% off your order!
The first wine – Drops of Jupiter – is a 2009 petite sirah but there are already plans for a chardonnay. Train guitarist Jimmy Stafford shares his excitement with ABC News Radio
