When Tampa Bay Rays reporter Kelly Nash stopped by Fenway Park on Saturday to do some advance work, she thought it would be cool to take a self shot picture from on top of the Green Monster, the ballpark's iconic outfield wall.

Since Nash was at the park during batting practice, her producer was wary of batted balls landing near Nash, calling out the danger to her several times. As you can see in the photo above, one ball got very close at the exact moment Nash snapped her selfie, making for a once-in-a-lifetime picture.

“My whole family is from Massachusetts, and I knew they would be so excited to see me working at Fenway Park, and when I went to text them the picture I noticed the baseball by my head," Nash said.
